Simplified Event Classifications

If you ever got confused about the difference between features, don't worry, you're not alone. On the new Events page you'll see that the classifications are now much more clear:

• Core — Recurring action that delivers product value (previously: Key event)
• Churn — Cancellation, deletion, downgrade (previously: Churn indicator)
• Supporting — Setup, navigation, ancillary activity (previously: Supporting event)
• Sign-up — Account creation (one per product)
• Hidden — Excluded from analysis and insights
• Pending — Not yet classified; treated as Supporting until labelled (previously: Unclassified)
