Unmatched Emails Now Auto-Resolve

When you CC'd your Klime email address before a lead had signed up, those emails were saved but never linked to anyone. Now Klime automatically retries matching them.

Every 15 minutes, Klime checks for new tracking signals (identify, group, or track events) and uses them to resolve emails that were previously stuck as unmatched. Emails from the past 90 days are included, so conversations you logged before a customer was in your system will surface on their timeline retroactively.

No action needed on your end. Previously unmatched emails will appear automatically as Klime learns more about who they belong to.
