The Alerts tab lets you connect Slack and configure notifications about customer activity. You can also connect Slack from the Chat tab.

Connecting Slack

  1. Click Connect Slack
  2. Authorize Klime in your Slack workspace
  3. Select a channel for notifications

Once connected, your team can:

  • Receive daily customer digests
  • Get real-time alerts when specific events occur
  • Get alerts about at-risk accounts
  • Ask @klime questions directly in Slack

Daily Digest

Every weekday morning, Klime sends a digest to your selected channel with:

  • Insight — Data-driven observation about your customer base
  • Activity Chart — Visual of daily active customers
  • Growing Customers — Customers with increasing engagement
  • At-Risk Customers — Customers showing declining activity

Real-time Alerts

  1. Toggle Real-time on
  2. Select a channel

Troubleshooting

Slack not connecting? Make sure you have permission to install apps in your Slack workspace.

Missing digests? Check that the selected channel still exists and the Klime bot has permission to post there.

Need to reconnect? Click "Disconnect Slack" and then "Connect Slack" to start fresh.

Not receiving email digests? Make sure your email address is verified and check your spam folder.

Tip: Add @klime to #customer-success

Invite the bot to channels where your team discusses customers. Anyone can ask questions without leaving their workflow — just mention @klime.
