Insights
Actionable alerts about customer health and engagement trends.
Insights feed
The left side of the dashboard shows your insights feed. These are actionable alerts about your customers, generated automatically by Klime based on their activity patterns. Each insight tells you what's happening and why it matters, with a link to the relevant customer.
Insights have a read/unread state so you can keep track of what you've already seen. Click the settings icon to configure which insights you receive and how events are classified. See Settings for details.

Activity sidebar
The right side shows a summary of your customer base, filterable by interval (7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year):
- Daily active chart — New vs. returning customers over time
- Growing — Customers with increasing activity
- At Risk — Customers with declining activity
- New — Customers seen for the first time this period
- Churned — Customers with no activity after being active last period
- Feature Adoption — Most adopted features across your customer base
Note: Warming up takes about a week
When you first start sending events, Klime needs time to establish baselines for churn detection and engagement trends. After about a week of consistent data, the "Warming up" status will change and insights will become more meaningful.
