Example output

Harbor & Finch account plan draft. Built from the discovery fields on the won deal and the call notes of Oct 3.

  • Background (from Situation): 40 person logistics planner, dispatch runs in spreadsheets across three depots.
  • Goals (from Pain): stop double booking trucks; give depot leads one shared view.
  • Success metrics (from Impact): cut weekly planning from 12 hours to 4. Source: call notes, Oct 3.
  • Key dates (from Critical event): go live before peak season on Nov 15.
  • Stakeholders and decision process (from Decision): Sam, operations lead, champion; Lena, finance, signs off. Confirmed by the rep.
  • Not captured: who owns the budget in year two. Was it mentioned on the pricing call?

Customize

What it needs to know about you

  1. Which sales methodology does your sales team use?
  2. Which format do your customer success managers plan in?
  3. Where should the plan go?
  4. Who gets the plan?

Guardrails

What it won't do

  1. Never writes to the CRM, a doc or an account plan without approval.
  2. Doesn't invent a value. A field without a source is marked Not captured, with one question for the rep.
  3. Doesn't change the sales methodology fields; the sales record stays as the rep left it.
  4. Doesn't carry sensitive sales notes into the plan, such as discount limits, margins or internal opinions about the customer.
  5. Shows both when the CRM and the call notes disagree, and doesn't pick one.
