Example output

Error report, Oct 12 to 18. 8 error groups, 1 of them new.

  • New: "Export times out on large accounts", 11 occurrences since Wednesday, 4 customers affected. Proposed ticket below.
  • Growing: "Calendar sync fails after token refresh", 6 to 9 occurrences. Already in ticket PLAT-212.
  • Steady: "Webhook retries fail on 502 responses", 5 occurrences, same as last week. Already in ticket PLAT-198.
  • Steady: "Login link shows as expired too early", 4 occurrences, same as last week. Already in ticket PLAT-187.
  • Quiet: "Image upload rejected", no occurrences since Oct 9.
  • Other: 3 smaller groups, 5 occurrences in total.

Usage: 182 weekly active users (+6%), 1,240 reports created.

Proposed ticket: Export times out above 5,000 rows. 11 occurrences, first seen Oct 14, 4 customers affected.

Sources: error log, task board, usage metrics. Nothing is created yet; 1 ticket waits for your approval.

Customize

What it needs to know about you

  1. Which errors deserve a ticket?
  2. Which numbers go in the report next to the errors?
  3. How should proposed tickets be assigned?
  4. Where should the report go?

Guardrails

What it won't do

  1. Never creates, edits or closes a ticket without approval.
  2. Doesn't invent an error, a count or a customer impact. A number without a source is left out.
  3. Doesn't name a customer in a channel the customer's account owner is not in.
  4. Shows both when the error log and the task board disagree on whether an error already has a ticket.

Message

Your top priority today is the Brightfold renewal call at 14:00. They asked about seat pricing twice last week and the agenda is still empty.

Your meetings:

  • 10:00 Team standup
  • 11:30 Onboarding with Kettle & Co, first call since they signed
  • 14:00 Brightfold renewal

Waiting on you:

  • Maya at Brightfold: "Can you send the updated quote before our call?"
  • Legal is waiting on your comments on the Orbit DPA (since Thursday)

Want me to draft the Brightfold quote email, put an agenda in the 14:00 invite, or summarize last month's Kettle & Co emails before 11:30?
